Denis has enjoyed a forty year career in seismic acquisition that commenced in a technical role (vibroseis technician) and expanded to senior management roles across the full spectrum of operations, business development, sales, technical development and training. Denis has held roles with global responsibility and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The majority of Denis' career was with Schlumberger, WesternGeco until taking up the role of Director of SuperSeis. Denis can bring a unique and broad understanding to challenges faced in seismic acquisition and with his fellow SuperSeis colleagues present practical solutions to reducing geological uncertainty.

Awards
Winner of inaugural Schlumberger Performance in Environmental Excellence – 1993 (80,000+ employees)
Martin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia. Martin's extensive geophysical career involved various senior technical roles culminating in being the Advising Area Chief Geophysicist for Schlumberger / WesternGeco (Asia / Australasia) until his retirement from Schlumberger in 2018. He has been a major influence in geophysics and specifically data processing both regionally and globally. Martin is an accomplished presenter of complex geophysical matters and held the position of Dean of the Area Geophysicists University for WesternGeco in Houston that involved an in-house, one year training programme for 12 - 14 top performers to widen and extend their knowledge and experience to become technical leaders in the company.
